I found the hotel to be quite comfortable and convenient for our stay. The rooms had everything I needed and were spacious and comfortable, though I missed having a balcony for drying towels and bikinis. The service was a bit mixed with an attempt to downgrade our room, but Deedee and M made up for it with their cheerful service. The location was a bit far from the beach but great for exploring Patong, with limited seating and more plants than loungers. The dining experience was a letdown with a basic breakfast, and the facilities were fairly standard.
